Aurora Multi-Market Chain Celebrates 15th Anniversary
According to TSN.ua: In March 2026, the Aurora multi-market chain will celebrate its 15th anniversary. To mark the occasion, the company has made a substantial contribution to Ukraine’s military by donating 15 million hryvnias to the “Come Back Alive” foundation. The funds will purchase 15 Nissan Navara pickup trucks, providing essential mobility and support for military units. This donation reflects Aurora’s commitment to social responsibility during a time of ongoing conflict.
Supporting Ukrainian Troops
The Nissan Navara pickups, bought with the charitable funds, have already been handed over to four brigades and an Army Aviation command post. This aid aims to improve how Ukrainian forces carry out their missions, which is especially critical given the current challenging circumstances.
'For Aurora, it’s crucial that military assistance is both practical and timely.' Alona Zhyhura, Head of Corporate Social Responsibility at Aurora
Through this initiative, Aurora continues its tradition of corporate social responsibility, offering not just financial support but also practical solutions for military needs—an important step in bolstering the country’s security.
This move by Aurora underscores the importance of corporate social responsibility amid Ukraine’s ongoing military conflict. Supporting troops with practical resources like vehicles is a key part of the nation’s broader defense efforts. Such actions can inspire other companies to take a more active role in social programs that strengthen the army and national security.
