Men on record at TCK: where to get a summons through Diya.
According to inkorr.com: Men who have not visited territorial recruitment centers (TCK) and are now automatically registered can find out where their summons will be sent by contacting the 'Diya' portal. This information was published by the 'Judicial and Legal Newspaper', as noted by 'Glavkom'.
The 'Diya' portal provides information about the last registered or declared place of residence of individuals, made possible by the departmental information system of the State Migration Service (SMS).
According to available data, men aged 25 to 60 who have not visited TCK and have not registered in Reserve+ may be included in the Register of military personnel 'Oberih' based on information from the Demographic Register and SMS data.
Draft dodgers are searched for 'with a click'
Law 3549-IX, adopted last year, pertains to the digitization of military registration and allows for automatic registration of those who avoided visiting TCK. The question remains regarding the data sources used for this registration and the imposition of fines. It is important to note that changes to the Procedure for organizing military registration have already come into effect.
Thus, the 'Diya' portal provides men who have not turned to TCK the opportunity to find out where their summons will be sent, based on information about their place of residence. The law regulating the digitization of military registration allows for the automatic registration of draft dodgers, although questions remain regarding the data sources for this procedure.
These novelties are an important step in the modern military registration system in Ukraine, as they simplify procedures and make them more transparent. Thanks to digitization, management will be able to more effectively manage resources and control the fulfillment of military service.
