According to Novyny.live: On June 13, a confrontation broke out in central Odesa on Deribasivska Street between a 68-year-old local woman and a 58-year-old restaurant director, escalating into a physical fight. The dispute stemmed from construction work being carried out near the establishment. Both parties involved have filed complaints with the police.
Law enforcement has launched two separate proceedings in response:
- The first case is based on Part 1 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which addresses hooliganism.
- The second case falls under Part 1 of Article 125 of the same code, covering intentional minor bodily harm.
This incident highlights how quickly everyday disagreements can spiral into legal trouble, especially in busy public areas. Police are continuing their investigation to determine all the facts surrounding the altercation on Deribasivska Street.
