Candidates between the ages of 18 and 47 are eligible to apply. The base salary for a grenade launcher operator ranges from 27,000 to 127,000 Ukrainian hryvnias. An additional daily combat zone allowance of 3,300 hryvnias is provided for duties performed in active combat areas.

In addition to grenade launcher operators, the Azov Brigade is also recruiting for the following positions:
