U.S. President Joe Biden spoke at the U.S. State Department with a final speech to highlight the most important achievements of his administration in foreign policy.

“Putin has failed. He was unable to tear Ukraine apart, he failed to dismantle NATO, he couldn’t seize significant territories. We united 50 countries in support of Ukraine, not only in Europe, and for the first Time, countries from Asia also joined. We provided an extraordinary amount of ammunition and implemented unprecedented sanctions to ensure that Ukraine continues to fight,“ – noted the U.S. President during the concluding press conference.

According to Biden, he was the only American commander-in-chief to visit a country at war without a U.S. military presence. He also noted that Russian dictator Putin thought he would capture Kyiv in three days, but since then, it has been Joe Biden who visited Ukraine's capital, not him.

It is noteworthy that on February 20, 2023, President of the United States Joe Biden visited Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine. This was his first visit in office as President of the United States (he had visited six times before as Vice President) and the first visit by a U.S. leader to Ukraine since 2008.

Let us remind you that Donald Trump's inauguration will take place on January 20.

Earlier, we reported that Volodymyr Zelensky had a phone conversation with U.S. President Joe Biden.

It was also reported that the Biden administration currently sees no readiness from either Ukraine or Russia for peace negotiations.
