Among the received equipment are devices for oncologists' offices, oncogynecologists, and day surgery. This will help doctors improve diagnostics and enhance the quality of surgeries.
Head of the Dnipropetrovsk OVA Serhiy Lysak noted that the Czech side carefully studied the needs of hospitals before implementing the project.
“Partners visited the region, spoke with medical professionals, and then we had additional negotiations during the Global Healthcare Initiative for Ukraine 2025 conference in Prague. After that, we received confirmation of financing. Today we see a concrete result,” he noted.
In his opinion, such support was made possible through the joint efforts of the Czech government, the Embassy of Czechia in Ukraine, donors, and medical technology manufacturers.
