On Friday, January 17, Russia launched an attack on the city of Kryvyi Rih. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky expressed his reaction to this attack on his Telegram channel.

In Kryvyi Rih, the Russian army shelled the city with missiles and ballistics. Buildings, an educational institution, and other city infrastructure were damaged,' wrote the head of state.

Currently, we know about four deaths as a result of this strike. The president expressed condolences to the families and loved ones.

Every such terrorist attack is a reminder of who we are dealing with. Russia will not stop on its own; it can only be stopped by joint pressure. Pressure from all the countries of the world that value life,' the president summarized.

The head of the Defense Council of Kryvyi Rih, Oleksandr Vilkul, reported that as a result of the Russian attack in Kryvyi Rih, three people were injured.

As is known, on January 17, Russia attacked Kryvyi Rih. As a result of the hostile strike, an educational institution and residential buildings were damaged, and there are casualties and injuries. According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, four people died as a result of the Russian attack, and six were injured.

Speaking about the injured, Lysak reported that three of them are in serious condition: 'This is a 22-year-old girl and two men - aged 34 and 56. All their conditions are assessed as serious. Doctors are providing them with the necessary assistance.'

Two other injured people, according to the head of OVA, received medical assistance at the scene.

It is reminded that a person who was injured during the shelling of Zaporizhzhia on January 8 died in the hospital. Thus, the total number of deaths has increased to 14 people. This was reported by the head of Zaporizhzhia OVA Ivan Fedorov.
