According to inkorr.com: The Czech initiative 'Gift for Putin' raised 12.5 million crowns for the creation of the Ukrainian rocket 'Flamingo' in just 48 hours. This was reported by 'Glavkom', citing information from the initiative.

This initiative amazed with its speed of fundraising. Organizer Martin Ondracek announced plans to hold new negotiations with the rocket manufacturer, Fire Point, to possibly raise money for another rocket. After financing, the rocket will be handed over to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who will determine the targets and timing of its use.

The start of fundraising for the production of the 'Flamingo' rocket was announced on October 21. The name for the rocket is Dana 1, in honor of Czech scientist Dana Drabova, who was a supporter of Ukraine and reported on the state of nuclear safety in the occupied territories of Ukraine.

Effectiveness of the 'Flamingo' rocket

The 'Flamingo' rockets have already been used by the Ukrainian Armed Forces to strike FSB bases in occupied Crimea. FP-5 'Flamingo' have high strike power and significant range, making them extremely effective for attacks on energy facilities in Russia.
