Reservation without Military Card: Who Can Expect a Deadline.
According to inkorr.com: In Ukraine, there is an active discussion about the possibility of obtaining a reservation from mobilization without a military record certificate (WUD). Lawyers emphasize that such a possibility exists, but it depends on the type of company where the person works. The portal Juristen.UA reports on this.
Can one obtain a reservation without a military card at a state-owned enterprise?
A man working in a critical infrastructure company sought legal advice on reserving without a WUD. As lawyer Wladislaw Derij noted, the central factor is the type of company.
“Everything depends on where you work. Difficulties arise in state-owned enterprises since leaders are reluctant to request reservations without the required military record certificate,” commented Derij on the citizen's inquiry.
What conditions apply to reservations without a military card?
In private companies, the process of reservation is significantly simpler. If an employee has military status in the “Reserv+” application and there is no search, the reservation can be done through the “Diya” portal without visiting recruitment centers. This greatly simplifies life for employees in the private sector.
The lawyer also emphasized that having the correct status in “Reserv+” helps avoid additional checks.
Ukrainian law regulates the process of reserving from mobilization by establishing a list of critical companies whose employees can benefit from the deadline. These include energy supply, transportation, medical, and defense industry facilities. The reservation helps maintain the stable operation of the economy during the war, but the absence of a WUD can complicate the process, especially for state institutions where document requirements are stricter.
It was previously reported that the Verkhovna Rada passed a law on the reservation of employees in the defense industry.
Thus, the issue of reservation is becoming increasingly relevant in the context of military actions in Ukraine. In times of martial law, it is crucial to ensure stability in various sectors of the economy, which is why legislative initiatives to simplify procedures are a step in the right direction that can make life easier for many employees.
