A court trial was held in the Kyiv region for a man who helped Russians prepare missile strikes on the capital. The traitor was brought to criminal responsibility and assigned treatment.

According to the case materials, from November last year to January this year, the accused sent information to a Russian number via Telegram about critical infrastructure and military facilities in Kyiv and Vasylkiv. For each photographed object, he received one hundred dollars on his bank card.

In December last year, the wrongdoer photographed an enterprise that produces drones, and the administrative buildings of the Ground Forces HQ of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The man was aware of what he was receiving money for, but in correspondence with an accomplice, he noted that 'everyone makes money as they can.'

Court Decision

At the court hearing, the accused partially admitted his guilt. He claimed that he did not know who attacked Ukraine, but confirmed Russia's involvement in the shelling. According to the traitor, he did not care about the purpose of the requested photographs and videos but performed the task of the Russian due to a desire to earn.

The man has a second group disability from childhood and suffers from mild intellectual disability. After examination, residual effects of tuberculosis and antibodies to HIV were found. He was recognized as having limited health and sentenced to 15 years in prison, where psychiatric assistance will also be provided.

It was reported that in Lviv region, a man who missed the medical commission twice will spend three years in prison. Also, in Khmelnytsky region, a man was sentenced to three years in prison for breaking the nose of a TCC and SP employee.

SUMMARY:

As a result of the trial, the man who collaborated with the Russians in carrying out missile strikes on Kyiv was found guilty and sentenced to 15 years in prison. He will also receive psychiatric assistance due to his health condition. Similar cases have also been considered in other regions of Ukraine, which highlights the seriousness of the fight against betrayal and harmful actions against the country.
