ATO participant and military medic Yuriy Yurevych during an interview on the air of Lviv.Media noted that the funds allocated by communities for construction and repairs are not always used effectively. He cited the example of road repairs in Druzhkivka, which, according to him, were done qualitatively, but some areas may be lost due to hostilities. Druzhkivka, located in the Donetsk region near the front line, regularly suffers from shelling.

Yuriy Yurevych also noted an example from his native Khodorivska community, where the construction of a sports complex has begun, but there are not enough funds to complete the project. Recall that in Kyiv, there is already a court case against the director of a municipal enterprise, who carried out capital repairs of a park with losses for the budget.
