Pin-Up assets worth 2.6 billion UAH confiscated: where the confiscated funds will go.
According to inkorr.com: The assets of the online casino 'Pin-Up', exceeding 2.6 billion hryvnias, have been confiscated and transferred to the state. This information was disclosed by the Office of the President of Ukraine, citing a decision from the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv. The casino's director was sentenced to 5 years in prison, and a special confiscation of the company's funds has also been carried out.
“Today, in accordance with the decision of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv regarding the implementation of special confiscation against LLC 'Ukr Game Technology', which has entered into legal force, ARMA and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine have transferred 2.6 billion UAH to the state budget of Ukraine as part of the special confiscation,” the official statement reads.
