Bezsmertnyi also noted that 'there is no point in importing them from Ukraine or, especially, from Europe, where production is currently underway.' In his opinion, there exists a 'possibility and necessity to manufacture them directly on-site,' which could substantially reduce costs and increase operational efficiency in deploying these technologies.
