According to Novyny.live: On June 20, 2023, nine people were wounded in the Dnipropetrovsk region as a result of Russian attacks. Over the course of the day, more than 40 assaults were recorded across five districts of the region, signaling an escalation of violence in the area.
In the Hubynykha community of the Samarivskyi district, four individuals sustained injuries. Among the victims are a 51-year-old man and two women aged 36 and 65, all hospitalized in moderate condition. Additionally, five people were injured in the Nikopol district, though details about their conditions have not been disclosed.
Alarming Developments in the Region
These events unfolded against the backdrop of ongoing Russian military strikes, including an attack on the city of Pavlohrad on June 19. That assault tragically claimed the life of an 8-year-old girl. Such incidents have heightened anxiety among local residents and underscore the dangers faced by people in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
The shelling affected various populated areas, including the Hrushivka community in the Kryvyi Rih district and the Mykolaivka community in the Synelnykove district. In total, 23 settlements in the Synelnykove district came under attack. Authorities are continuing efforts to address the aftermath of the assaults and provide assistance to those affected.
