The vehicle services in Diia are temporarily unavailable: when will they resume.
According to inkorr.com: The services related to vehicles in the 'Diia' application are currently unavailable. Ukrainians cannot apply for a replacement technical passport or re-register their cars. This was reported by 'Komersant Ukrainian' citing the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
Reason for the suspension of services
The reason for the suspension is an update of the rates for forms, which requires changes in the technical system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. 'Diia' noted that this is a temporary process, and the services will again become available in a few days.
“The services will be operational in a few days, and drivers will be able to receive them with a few clicks again. As soon as there is a green light, we will definitely inform you,” the 'Diia' team emphasized.
Popular services for drivers
According to the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the functionality for motorists in 'Diia' is one of the most popular. Every year, Ukrainians carry out more than 13.3 million online operations, including:
- replacement of driver’s license;
- updating vehicle registration certificate;
- re-registration of vehicles.
Thanks to digital services, the state and citizens save over 4.5 billion hryvnias annually. A complete transition of administrative procedures online is expected to save another 10 billion hryvnias.
In 'Diia', it was noted that after updating the tariffs and adapting the system, drivers will be able to use all services again without delays – just as they did before, with just a few clicks.
Delays in providing services may cause certain inconveniences, but it is worth noting the short-term nature of these changes. As 'Diia' is regularly modernized, Ukrainians will soon be able to actively use convenient features for motorists again.
