- Donetsk
- Zaporizhzhia

- Poltava

The program places special focus on vulnerable categories, including:

- Single mothers or fathers with children
- People with disabilities (groups 1-2)
- Elderly people (aged 60+)
In addition to the primary aid, the program also offers grants for agricultural development:
- 30,000 hryvnias for poultry farming
- 42,000 hryvnias for cattle breeding
- 31,000 hryvnias for pig farming
- 29,000 hryvnias for rabbit, goat, and other animal husbandry
- 42,000 hryvnias for food production and service provision
