The highway leading from the Pokrovsk direction to Dnipro is long referred to as the 'road of life', as this evacuation route is the fastest. Due to the condition of the road, medical workers and vehicles often require repairs, but the most precious thing for the wounded is lost - Time. The state of the evacuation route is reported by 'Glavkom' with reference to 'Suspilne. Dnipro'.

According to the military medic 'ULF' Mykola, large potholes have formed on this road, which requires slowing down or detouring on the nearby dirt road. Of course, this route is only suitable for dry weather. Furthermore, he mentions that due to the condition of the road, medical workers constantly need to repair their vehicles.

Both the wheels suffer, and the suspension very often requires repair. This is probably the first thing that breaks on these roads. Some cars are operational, others are in repair. We repair them in turn, so that not all fail at once,' the military noted.

Director of the Regional Infrastructure Restoration Service Oleksandr Kolomiytsev reports that road repair works have been resumed. Funds allocated for the maintenance of national roads will be used for this.

Our priority is national, international, and regional roads. Next, we work on territorial roads. These roads were planned for repair in 2022. Now this road is a priority for us, and we are carrying out patch repairs,' Kolomiytsev reported.

Earlier, Kirilo Budanov, head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, stated that the battles for Hostomel and Motyzhyn disrupted Russia's plan for a quick capture of Kyiv, affecting the further development of the military operation. This was reported by 'Glavkom' with reference to Budanov's statement in an interview with 'Ukrinform'.

The heart of the plan was the tactical airborne assault landing method in the area of Hostomel. And the planes were in the air. These are well-known facts. But in the end, we disrupted these plans together with the National Guard units that were stationed there, taking the first battles. And ultimately created conditions under which the Russians could not land any aircraft there,' Budanov said, stating that Motyzhyn was the second, and if Motyzhyn fell, the Russians would have entered Kyiv.

It is worth noting that Kirilo Budanov, head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, accurately predicted the paths of advance and the sequence of enemy actions three months before the start of the full-scale invasion, in November 2021.
