On the night of November 4, explosions were heard again on the territory of Russia. This time drones reached the Kstovo oil refinery located in the Nizhny Novgorod region, reports 'Glavcom'. Local residents reported numerous explosions near the refinery in Kstovo. It later became known that a fire broke out on the premises after the attack. Videos surfaced online showing the impact.
By the way, in the evening of November 3, there was an accident at the energy substation in the city of Rylsk, Kursk region, due to the strike of four drones.
