Meeting Between Ukraine and the USA in Miami

According to ТСН: A meeting was held in Miami between representatives of Ukraine and the USA, where aspects of the peace plan were discussed. As a result, the participants prepared several documents, including those regarding security guarantees.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced that there are documents concerning security guarantees for our country, restoration, and the basic conditions for ending the war.

“The points are currently fixed to correspond to the task of a real end to the war and the necessity of preventing a third Russian invasion. Each round of negotiations and meetings adds security to Ukrainian interests, and this is how constructively we will continue this work”

Zelensky also noted that he heard the positions of Ukrainian representatives – Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Rustem Umerov and Chief of the General Staff Andriy Hnatov. The president thanked European partners for their support and coordination, emphasizing that dialogue with the USA is expected to continue.

“It is important that diplomacy always goes hand in hand with the necessary pressure on Russia and the necessary support for Ukraine. Every Russian strike on Ukraine and intense Russian assaults on the front demonstrate that Ukraine's determination to end the war significantly exceeds Russia's, and this must be corrected by increasing global pressure on the aggressor”

It is reminded that during the meeting in Miami, Ukraine and the USA conducted a series of consultations. The President of the USA noted, that negotiations regarding the end of the war are proceeding normally. At the same time, he again emphasized the “huge hatred” between the presidents of Russia and Ukraine.

This meeting marked an important stage in the diplomatic efforts of both countries. Communication between Ukraine and the USA remains active, indicating ongoing support for Kyiv on the international stage. The continuation of negotiations may open new opportunities for a peaceful resolution of the conflict.
