Ex-footballer Aliyev stripped of driving rights: why the court banned him from driving.
Oleksandr Aliyev received a fine and a driving ban
According to inkorr.com: Oleksandr Aliyev, a former football player of Kyiv's 'Dynamo' and the Ukrainian national team, was fined and stripped of his right to drive. During patrol on Chokolivsky Boulevard in Kyiv, the police stopped him while driving, finding that he was in a state of alcohol intoxication. Law enforcement officials drew up the corresponding protocol for violating the rules of the road. The court upheld the police's decision, although Aliyev denies his guilt.
As a result of these events, Oleksandr Aliyev was fined and banned from driving for one year. He was also issued a protocol for minor hooliganism; however, this case was closed due to the expiration of the term for imposing administrative punishment. Aliyev has the right to appeal the court's decision within 10 days; otherwise, he is obliged to comply with all imposed restrictions.
This situation has become yet another example of the importance of adhering to traffic rules, especially in urban life. Aliyev, known in football circles, now has the opportunity to rethink his attitude towards road safety, as his actions may affect the perception of fans and young athletes.
