This has severely disrupted the daily commutes of residents, forcing them to seek alternative ways to reach their destinations. The halt of trams and trolleybuses has compelled many Odesa residents to adapt to new circumstances. While minibuses, known as "marshrutkas," have seen increased use, they are insufficient to meet the demand, according to a resident named Theodor.

"This obviously has an impact because the people who used trams and trolleybuses still need to get around. They've switched to minibuses... but there isn't enough additional transport," Theodor notes.

Some residents have found satisfactory solutions by opting for municipal buses. Natalia shares her experience:

"Well, we travel by minibuses, we use the municipal buses. It's okay, it's fine."

Meanwhile, not all city dwellers feel the need for the electric transport. Liudmyla, for example, states: "I don't use the tram. I live on Kotovskoho, I didn't need them." Viktoriia mainly walks or occasionally uses minibuses: "Now I walk, sometimes I take minibuses, sometimes municipal transport. But rarely—I'm in Tairova, I'm not in the center often."

Consequently, the absence of electric transport in Odesa has created new challenges for its citizens, who are forced to seek various paths to solve their mobility problems.

Given the prolonged stoppage of electric transport in Odesa, it is important to note that this situation threatens not only the convenience of movement for residents but also the overall quality of life in the city. The lack of adequate transport provision can affect economic activity, as people face difficulties commuting to work or school. Restoring electric transport, specifically trams and trolleybuses, could significantly ease the situation and provide comfortable conditions for Odesa's residents.
