Estonia Launches Financial Aid Registration for Ukraine's Frontline Residents.

According to Novyny.live: The Estonian Refugee Council has announced the opening of registration for financial aid to residents of hard-to-reach areas in Ukraine affected by the war. This initiative is part of broader international efforts to provide targeted support during a challenging winter period. Registration will begin on February 21st and will be available to those living in the Donetsk, Kharkiv, Kherson, Luhansk, Sumy, and Zaporizhzhia regions.
Under this program, payments will amount to 3,600 hryvnias per person, distributed over three months. Priority for receiving this aid is given to families who have suffered from shelling, have been evacuated, or have recently been displaced. This ensures that individuals who have endured particularly difficult circumstances will have access to crucial financial support.
Who is Eligible to Apply?
Applications for the cash assistance can be submitted by:
- Single-parent families with children under 18;
- Households with three or more children;
- Families with children under two years old;
- Households with elderly members;
- Families whose members require special support.
Online registration will be open from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on February 21st.
