Applications can be submitted until February 1, 2026, through designated local communities, with the current registration phase ending at 23:59 on February 8, 2026. This aid is part of Estonia's ongoing support for Ukraine, aiming to help families restart or sustain their economic activities.   • Large families with children under 18;
  • Households with children under two years old;
  • Families with minor children headed by a single mother or father;

This needs-focused initiative has the potential to significantly ease the economic burden for families facing dire circumstances. It also highlights the continued international solidarity with Ukraine during this ongoing crisis, which remains vital for the country's recovery and stabilization efforts.
