Ukrainian Armed Forces introduce drones and robots for evacuation of the wounded: how it will work.
Now, as the situation on the front line becomes increasingly complicated due to new challenges, there is a need to find innovative solutions for the evacuation of the wounded. Drones and robots may come in handy, said the Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces
Olexandr Syrskyi.
According to Syrskyi, the issue of evacuating the wounded has become one of the most important topics during the meeting with medical directors. Participants discussed the state of medical support for the troops and shared their experiences on this matter.
'At present, the complicated nature of the hostilities hinders operational evacuation. However, we must seek new technical solutions to address this issue. The use of drones and robotics can improve the situation,' he emphasized.
The representatives of the Airborne Assault Forces, particularly the 25th Separate Airborne Brigade, also shared their positive experience in using cutting-edge technologies for the evacuation of the wounded.
In light of the changing nature of war and the use of strike drones, the Ukrainian command is providing soldiers with new technological means for the evacuation of the wounded, such as drones and robots. Innovative solutions are being considered to enhance this process, which has become extremely important in today's combat conditions.
