According to TSN.ua: The European Commission has assigned responsibility to Russia for a drone intrusion that violated Finnish airspace on March 29, 2023. Multiple unmanned aircraft crashed within Finland's borders, and the Finnish government, alongside its military, has assessed that these were Ukrainian drones. Finnish Defense Minister Antti Häkkänen confirmed that the country's armed forces have been placed on heightened alert.

Informal EU Council Meeting

An informal session of the EU Foreign Affairs Council is scheduled to take place in Ukraine on March 31, 2023.
