Finland deported a former Wagner mercenary: what happened at the border.
According to inkorr.com: A Russian soldier who previously served in the Wagner Group and crossed the border from Russia illegally was deported from Finland. A man named Yevgen was detained on June 17 while trying to escape from the war, reports Yle citing 'Glavkom'.
Yevgen applied for international protection in Finland; however, the Finnish immigration service denied him refugee status and decided to deport him.
An unexpected incident on the Narva River
The Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs recorded an interesting case on the Narva River, which borders Russia. A Russian border patrol boat with the insignia of the private military company 'Wagner' was spotted there.
