On January 20, the inauguration ceremony of elected US President Donald Trump took place, attended by politicians, businessmen, and celebrities. According to the New York Times, among those present were billionaires like Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg, and Jeff Bezos. Apple's CEO Tim Cook and TikTok's CEO Shou Chew were also invited to the ceremony.
The Deputy Leader of China, Han Zheng, who represented Chinese President Xi Jinping, attended the ceremony.
Among the inauguration guests were world leaders who share political views with Trump.
From Latin America, the President of Argentina Javier Milei was present, although former Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro did not attend due to a criminal investigation. The arrival of Ecuador's President Daniel Noboa was also anticipated.
From Europe, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni attended the ceremony. However, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban decided not to participate in this event.
Donald Trump invited political figures such as British populist Nigel Farage, French politician Eric Zemmour, former Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, leader of Spain's ultra-nationalist party Vox Santiago Abascal, head of Portugal's right-wing populist party Chega, and representatives of the party 'Alternative for Germany'.
The Asia-Pacific region was represented by the foreign ministers of India, Australia, and Japan.
Former US Presidents Barack Obama, George Bush, and Bill Clinton were also present at the ceremony, along with former Vice President Mike Pence.
Country singer Carrie Underwood performed at the ceremony, along with well-known musicians and athletes supporting Trump.
However, former First Lady Michelle Obama and former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi did not participate in this event, nor did several Democratic Party Congress members.
