Electricity Outage Schedules for December 6: 'Ukrenergo' Updated Data.
In April 2022, Russia launched a massive missile and drone attack on Ukraine, resulting in damage to energy facilities. As a result, starting from December 6, electricity supply restrictions will be imposed for the population and businesses. The press service of 'Ukrenergo' reported this.
Electricity Supply Restriction Schedules for December 6
For the population:
- 06:00 - 07:00 - first restriction
- 07:00 - 20:00 - second restriction
- 20:00 - 22:00 - third restriction
For industry and business:
- 05:00 - 23:00 - power restriction
The reason for these restrictions is the damage to energy facilities during the attack on November 28. Ukrenergo states that it is doing everything possible to restore the damaged equipment as quickly as possible.
It is worth noting that during the attack, the energy system and infrastructure were damaged, leaving hundreds of thousands of people without electricity. Ukrenergo showed the damaged power plants caused by Russian strikes.
The situation in the energy sector is still controlled by 'Ukrenergo' dispatchers, and the electricity supply system remains intact.
