According to inkorr.com: Leaders of Hasidic communities gathered in Uman to celebrate Rosh Hashanah. About 35,000 Hasidim performed the anthem of Ukraine, and this video quickly became popular on social media, reports Glavkom.

The video shows how Hasidim gathered in a group, while one of them played the national anthem of Ukraine on a trumpet. During the performance, one of the Hasidim shouted 'Glory to Ukraine' and commented on the actions of the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin. It is worth noting that such cases are not isolated.

Preparation for the Celebration

Organizers expect that at the beginning of the celebration, up to 38,000 Hasidic pilgrims will arrive in Uman. The police of Cherkasy region, together with the servicemen of the National Guard, are actively preparing for the events, including patrolling and explaining the rules for the pilgrims.

Jewish New Year

Rosh Hashanah is an important holiday in the Jewish tradition, dedicated to the creation of the world. This year it is celebrated from September 22 to 24. For the safety of the pilgrims visiting Uman, Ukraine and Israel have developed a joint plan.

Uman is ready to welcome Hasidim for the celebration of Rosh Hashanah. The police and the National Guard ensure order and safety during the celebrations, while the Ukrainian and Israeli authorities are working together to ensure the safety of the event participants.
