Krasovskyi, who endured three and a half years in Russian captivity, had specifically asked Soloviy to compose music for his poem 'The Unruly Bird.' The Story of Nazarii Krasovskyi

Nazarii Krasovskyi joined the military in 2020, serving with the 'Azov' unit. He was stationed in Mariupol when Russia launched its full-scale invasion in 2022. After his three and a half years as a prisoner of war, he is now undergoing comprehensive treatment and rehabilitation. While imprisoned, he wrote poetry, first on a bar of soap and later on paper, as a crucial creative and psychological outlet.
