AI Integration, Services for Drivers, Consul: Fedorov Announced New Services in Diya.
Vice Prime Minister Mykhailo Fedorov revealed the plans for the development of the Diya application and portal for 2025, as well as emphasized new features. According to him, over the past 5 years, Diya has held strong positions in the market with a large number of users and services. In the future, it is planned to expand the functionality of the application using artificial intelligence, as well as to provide new services for drivers abroad and in the field of notary services.
One example of using artificial intelligence is the AI chatbot Natalka, which helps integrate Diya and simplifies communication with partners. The possibilities of using artificial intelligence to improve services for drivers are also being considered. Diya's goal is to digitize 90% of services for drivers and provide new services for Ukrainians abroad.
In addition, Diya will simplify interaction with the government for Ukrainians abroad by digitizing consular services. The possibility of using artificial intelligence in notary services to accelerate procedures and facilitate interaction with notaries is also being discussed. Furthermore, plans also include the implementation of a comprehensive service for reissuing documents when changing a surname and the digitization of services related to death.
