Chinese engineers tested drones for Russia: evidence from a video flight over China

According to The Sun: The video taken from a drone that crashed in Ukraine shows Chinese engineers testing a camera. This underscores Xi Jinping's role in the war initiated by Putin.

This material likely indicates China's involvement in the production of Russian drones used for attacks on civilians in Ukraine.

Although Beijing has repeatedly denied its involvement, China has long been suspected of supporting Putin in his brutal and illegal aggression against Ukraine.

However, this is the first time Ukrainian technicians have found evidence of China's participation in the creation of drones developed in Iran.

Detection of Chinese technology

Ukrainian forces discovered a Russian military drone and found videos on its hard drive recorded in China.

Experts believe that this video shows how Chinese engineers tested a camera that was later installed on a suicide drone.

The A40 Pro camera, made by ViewPro in Shenzhen, has artificial intelligence for tracking and selecting targets.

With its 360-degree rotation and powerful 40x zoom, it enables Russian operators to aim accurately.

“We know that Chinese technology is much more advanced than Russian,” said a senior Ukrainian commander.

“The question is whether sanctions are having an effect, or if Moscow is actively modernizing its drone fleets?” he added.

Situation on the front

Continuous attacks by Moscow on the civilian population and infrastructure in Ukraine have led to the use of over 50,000 suicide drones, many of which are developed with Chinese assistance.

Data indicates that drones are responsible for over 75% of injuries to Russian soldiers in the war.

This year, Ukraine plans to purchase and produce over 4.5 million drones, four times more than in 2024.

These events confirm that China, despite international sanctions, actively supports the Russian army through the supply of equipment and technology.
