The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Spain declared a state of emergency after a large-scale power outage across the country. This information is reported by 'Glavcom' with reference to Clash Report.It is noted that the state of emergency will be applied in regions where it is needed.Supermarkets in Spain have empty shelves, and panic has spread among the population.'It is known that electricity in the country has been absent for more than eight hours,' the report says.According to information circulating on the internet, backup power devices are being sold at high prices. It has been announced that power banks are being sold for €12550.Mobile internet is still working at the moment, but it may disappear.Earlier, it was reported that there was a complete power outage in Portugal, Spain, and parts of France.Energy Minister Herman Halushchenko stated that Ukraine is ready to help restore the stable operation of energy networks of European partners. He also noted that Ukrainian specialists have significant experience in restoring energy systems.Energy workers have already partially restored electricity supply in several regions of Spain, and voltage has appeared at substations in certain parts of the country.
