The Cabinet has changed the rules of military accounting: what awaits conscripts now.
The government of Ukraine has made changes to the procedure for keeping military records and the rules for conscription into military service, as well as the provisions of the TCK.
New rules for military accounting
The changes simplify the procedure for delivering summons for conscription. Now they can be sent by mail. Conscripts who have reached the age of 25 are automatically included in the 'Oberih' Register. The rules for assigning the military rank of 'reserve soldier (sailor)' without summoning to the TCK have also been changed.
The norms related to accounting citizens from temporarily occupied territories have been corrected. Now this is possible without registration as internally displaced persons.
Registration of female medics and pharmacists
Educational institutions send lists of graduates to the TCK for inclusion in the register. Women are required to arrive at the TCK for a medical examination within 60 days after graduation.
Digitalization of member lists transfer
The changes provide for the possibility of forming lists using the 'Oberih' Register and their electronic sending. The military unit is responsible for the personnel after reception.
The head of the TCK is responsible for the individual dispatch of persons. The commander of the unit sends information about the enlistment of persons to the lists to the TCK within a day.
