According to Novyny.live: In March 2026, the charitable organization Caritas Ukraine will roll out its 'Cash Assistance and Resilience for Ukraine – Phase 4' initiative in Kharkiv. The initiative is being implemented locally through the Caritas Kharkiv charitable foundation. Eligible residents seeking help can visit any of the following locations every Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM:

• 11 Architect Aloshyn Avenue;
• 22 Hymnasium Embankment.

Services under this project include assistance with document processing, social benefit applications, legal consultations, psychological support, and personalized case management.
