Separately, the 'Recovery and Empowerment' project offers grants of up to 237,000 UAH for small businesses in Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, and Mykolaiv. This funding could serve as a major boost for local entrepreneurship, helping enterprises adapt to new conditions and restart their operations.

The launch of this project and its diverse initiatives highlight the growing need for assistance among vulnerable groups in Ukraine, particularly amid ongoing socioeconomic hardships.

By providing not only financial help but also legal and psychological counseling, the program takes a holistic approach to addressing the challenges faced by the population. This can positively impact the stability and development of local communities, especially as the economic situation remains difficult.
