Ukrainians with disabilities and large families will receive new support: who will be prioritized.
Ukrainian citizens affected by the war can receive support under the project 'Multisectoral assistance to war victims in Ukraine'. Priority is given to persons with disabilities, the elderly, large families, and single parents.

What is known about the new multisectoral assistance project
The organizers launched the project to provide comprehensive support to vulnerable categories of citizens and internally displaced persons affected by Russian aggression in the Kharkiv region.
'The project 'Multisectoral assistance to war victims in Ukraine' is being implemented by Caritas Ukraine and Caritas Kharkiv with generous support from the American people,' the message states.
The new program includes individual support from crisis managers, group activities in communities for women, youth, and the elderly, as well as light repairs to housing damaged by shelling.
Who will receive assistance on a priority basis
In case of receiving assistance, vulnerable categories of citizens will benefit the most, such as persons with disabilities, the sick, the elderly, single parents, large families, and pregnant women with children.
Assistance will also be provided to those who have lost their main source of income, suffered from violence, lost documents due to the war, or are not registered in the social services system.
