Company Directors Face Fines Up to 59,500 UAH Over Military Reporting Deadline.
Penalties for Failing to Submit Data to Military Recruitment Offices
According to Novyny.live: Heads of businesses, institutions, and organizations must report information about their employees and vehicles to Territorial Centers for Recruitment and Social Support (TCCs) by June 20. Under current law, failing to provide this data or submitting it late carries a fine ranging from 34,000 to 59,500 hryvnias. This requirement is part of Ukraine's broader efforts to maintain accurate records for defense and mobilization readiness.
Reporting Schedule
Companies are required to submit this information to military enlistment offices twice a year:
- first deadline: by June 20;
- second deadline: by December 20.
Even if a company owns no vehicles, a zero report must still be filed. This legal obligation falls under Article 210-1 of the Ukrainian Code on Administrative Offenses, which addresses violations related to defense, mobilization preparation, and mobilization itself.
Fines can be paid through the 'Reserve+' mobile application within 20 days of receiving a notification. Conscripts who admit their fault may pay only 50% of the fine. Therefore, executives should carefully track these reporting deadlines to avoid financial penalties.
Timely submission of data to the TCC is critical for ensuring the country's defense capability and preparing for potential mobilization efforts. Non-compliance can result in significant financial losses for companies, creating a strong incentive to follow the law. This also highlights the role of businesses in supporting national defense amid current security challenges.
