Situation in Ukraine

As of mid-July 2025, 187,116 cases for alimony non-payment have been registered in Ukraine. This is 14% more than before the full-scale invasion. The vast majority of debts - 91% - are owed by men. However, the record holder for the number of cases in the country is a woman from Kyiv region, against whom 8 cases have been opened.

Additionally, the largest debts for alimony are owed by Ukrainians aged 25 to 45, accounting for 86% of the cases.
