Today, August 9, Russian forces launched an attack on Kostyantynivka in the Donetsk region, resulting in the death of 14 people. This is reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the Office of the Prosecutor General.

It is currently known that at least 14 people died, and 44 people were injured.

Necessary services continue to work at the site of the attack.

Let us recall that today the occupiers shelled a supermarket and "Nova Poshta." A strong fire started at the site of the shelling, there are injured and dead.

The head of the Donetsk regional military administration (OVA), Vadym Filashkin, said that the terrorists attacked Kostyantynivka with barrel artillery. "The Russians shelled the city with barrel artillery, hit the supermarket. This is another targeted strike on a place of mass gathering of people, another act of terror from the Russians," he wrote.

The press service of "Nova Poshta" reported the shelling of the cargo department. "All our employees are alive, one colleague received a concussion - he is being provided with all the necessary assistance. Unfortunately, there are injured among the population," the message says.
