According to inkorr.com: Actor Kostiantyn Temlyak has decided to decline the 'Golden Dzyga' award in the category of 'Best Actor'. This decision was announced by representatives of the film, according to 'Hlavkom'.
Temlyak explained his refusal by stating that he does not wish to accept the award under the current 'situation', which requires both personal and legal resolution.
'I consider it inappropriate at this time to accept an award that is a symbol of public life. My choice is to focus on my work and undergo all necessary procedures. For me, refusing the award is a gesture of respect towards the cinematic community, the audience, and the award itself,' - stated the actor.

Photographer Anastasia Soloviova openly accused Kostiantyn Temlyak of psychological and physical abuse, as well as drug and alcohol dependency. Later, messages were published accusing the actor of the corruption of a minor girl. Anastasia Soloviova's lawyers reported on the conduct of investigative actions and the collection of evidence of violence.
The Kyiv National Academic Drama Theater on Podil condemned the violence but has not yet clarified whether Temlyak will remain in the troupe.
