After the Russian airstrikes on Zaporizhzhia, which resulted in the deaths of 13 people and 18 injuries, Kremlin propagandists have already found a justification. They blamed the entire situation on the Ukrainian Armed Forces' air defense.

According to the information from the Center for Countering Disinformation, Russian propaganda tries to convince that the situation with the terrorist act in Zaporizhzhia was caused by itself. They shifted the blame for the death of civilians onto the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

• The occupiers carried out an airstrike on Zaporizhzhia around 4:00 PM on January 8. The strikes were carried out with guided aerial bombs on residential buildings in the Shevchenkivskyi microdistrict.
