About 50 prosecutors of Khmelnytsky region, led by regional prosecutor Oleksiy Oliynyk, have been granted disability status, possibly due to a corruption scheme by Tetyana Krupa in MSEC. However, Oliynyk denied this accusation, claiming that he has health issues.

The prosecutor explained his illness, noting that he sustained an injury at the workplace in 2005. He added that the disability does not hinder him from fulfilling his duties.

Oliynyk emphasized that legislation allows a person with a disability to work in the prosecutor's office. He also stated that the journalist distorted information about him.

The prosecutor noted that the disability was reviewed by commissions during certification, and that bloggers' publications claiming that prosecutors are limited in their rights are discriminatory.

Oliynyk also stated that only 48 out of 225 prosecutors in the region have disabilities, and this has not happened in recent years.

Recall that approximately 50 prosecutors of the Khmelnytsky region, led by regional prosecutor Oliynyk, were granted disability status due to a corruption scheme by Tetyana Krupa. This was reported by journalist Yuriy Butusov after conducting an investigation.

The Prosecutor General of Ukraine signed an order to conduct an internal investigation regarding the dissemination of information about 50 Khmelnytsky regional prosecutors receiving disability groups.

The head of the Khmelnytsky regional center for medico-social expert evaluation, Tetyana Krupa, and her son, the head of the regional Pension Fund, Oleksandr Krupa, were exposed for illegal enrichment. During searches of their premises, nearly $6 million was found.

On October 7, the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv imposed a preventative measure on Tetyana Krupa. She was detained for 60 days with the possibility of posting bail exceeding 500 million UAH.
