Vandalism at Kishe's Apartment

According to TSN.ua: Ukrainian singer Kishe, whose real name is Andriy Svirskyi, has reported a serious incident involving his apartment. The property was severely damaged after a group of teenagers fraudulently rented it. An adult used their passport to rent the apartment through an agency, subsequently allowing 11 minors, aged 16-17, to occupy the premises.

The teens caused extensive destruction, throwing furniture and electronics from the ninth floor. This resulted in smashed mirrors, doors, light fixtures, and other interior items. Kishe stated,

"An adult rented the apartment through an agency using their adult passport and let 11 underage kids inside, who simply wrecked the apartment completely."

Consequences and a Call for Responsibility

The singer also expressed relief that no one was physically hurt during the ordeal:

"TVs, chairs, irons, gadgets, and bottles were flying from the ninth floor at night. Doors, mirrors, light fixtures, and many other things are broken. I thank the universe and God that no one was hurt, no one fell out of a window, and no one got hit on the head by a falling TV!"
The parents of the teenagers responsible for the damage are legally obligated to compensate for the losses incurred. This incident highlights significant vulnerabilities in the rental process, particularly regarding tenant verification.

This case underscores the critical need for responsible practices in property rentals, especially concerning minors. Fraudulent rentals can lead to severe consequences for both property owners and tenants. It is vital for parents to monitor their children's activities and prevent such situations, as the outcomes can pose not only financial risks but also serious dangers to life and health.
