Lifecell changes tariffs from November 1: what prices and conditions will be updated.
According to inkorr.com: The mobile operator lifecell plans to change the service conditions for corporate and business clients starting November 1, 2025. Many tariff plans will be closed, and subscribers will receive new packages with updated prices. This was

Which tariffs are being closed at lifecell
Starting November 1, 2025, lifecell will close the following tariffs:
VIP ULTRA (postpaid)
SMS World
Partner 190, Partner 250
Business Start, Business Start postpaid
Business Freedom, Business Freedom postpaid
Business Premium, Business Plus 169 (postpaid).
Subscribers of these tariffswill be automatically transferred to new packages with updated names and service conditions.
How lifecell prices and conditions will change
The changes will affect the subscription fee, number of minutes, SMS and gigabytes. In most tariffs, the internet volume will increase, and some of them will get unlimited access. In particular:
Partner 190 → Business Start: the price decreases from 190 to 180 UAH, subscribers receive unlimited in-network usage, 300 minutes, 100 SMS, and 30 GB.
Partner 250 → Business Team: the price rises from 250 to 280 UAH, the package includes unlimited access, 400 minutes, 200 SMS, and 60 GB.
Business Start → Business StartUP: the subscription fee decreases from 199 to 180 UAH, includes unlimited access, 300 minutes, 100 SMS, and 30 GB.
In addition, subscribers can activate the 'lifecell plus' service for free, which allows them to choose 2 additional services from 7 available.
Ability to change the tariff independently
The company provides users with a time frame for transition — from October 22 to November 22, 2025. During this period, subscribers can change their tariff to any other available for connection free of charge. All other contract terms will remain unchanged.
Previously, we reported that the Ukrainian mobile operator lifecell introduced
a new service called 'Friendly Bonus', which allows subscribers to share bonuses with relatives and friends, supporting each other in important moments.
The planned changes in lifecell tariffs reflect the company's efforts to adapt its offerings to customer needs. The automatic transition to new tariffs and the possibility of free selection of another plan make the transition process convenient for subscribers. This also emphasizes the operator's desire to remain competitive in the telecommunications market in Ukraine.
