Russians are constantly trying to kill Malyuk: Head of the SBU spoke about assassination attempts after the strike on the Crimean Bridge.

The Head of the Security Service of Ukraine, Vasyl Malyuk, reported that Russian security forces are constantly attempting to carry out an attack on the command post where he is located. These attempts began after the defeat of the Crimean Bridge in 2022.

Malyuk stated this in the program 'We-Ukraine'.

'They are constantly working on this, starting from October 8, 2022, after the attack on the Crimean Bridge... This is their main goal,' - said the head of the SBU.

Malyuk also noted that after the special operation 'Spider Web', during which strategic aviation was damaged and destroyed, the Russians 'live on this' (this indicates attempts to eliminate the head of the SBU).

'I understand the whole situation. From a security perspective, I cannot disclose all the details. I have many backup command posts. I understand, I change my locations. The Russians are trying, but they cannot achieve their goal. Therefore, they plan to use a missile and shaft method,' - Malyuk noted.

'The enemy is trying to decipher my locations, where I periodically arrive. This is to launch ballistic missiles there, where we are not covered by the 'Patriots.' Such cases have already occurred: two 'Iskander' missiles were launched straight at the command post during my visit... But I am alive, healthy, and smiling, everything is fine,' - emphasized the head of the SBU.

Malyuk stressed that these attacks only motivate him, as it is important what is being done for the security and well-being of the country.

In the same interview, Malyuk mentioned that the 'Spider Web' operation had to be postponed for a month because Russian drivers had gone on a binge.

In addition, Malyuk named the number of facilities that the Security Service of Ukraine damaged deep within Russian territory.
