At approximately 7:30 AM local time, Russian forces launched a strike on Odesa, damaging residential buildings. Three people were killed, and three others sustained moderate injuries. In the Chernihiv region, a man born in 1989 died after enemy drones crashed in the area.
Impact of the Attacks
In the Zhytomyr region, specifically the Malyn community, a gas station was targeted, leaving two people injured. In central Kherson, a drone attack wounded a 50-year-old local resident, who is now hospitalized. The Dnipropetrovsk region also faced drone and artillery fire, sparking a fire in Kryvyi Rih that injured a 53-year-old man.
Emergency responders and special services are on the scene, according to Vitaliy Bunechko.
These strikes highlight Russia's continued aggression against Ukraine, resulting in civilian casualties and infrastructure damage. The attacks occur against the backdrop of a conflict that began in 2014, underscoring the urgent need for international support to help Ukraine defend its sovereignty and protect its citizens.
