In Kharkiv, there was a massive shelling, during which three people were killed and 34 others were injured. Russian invaders attacked four administrative districts of the city with guided aerial bombs, including a building that was already shelled at the beginning of the war.

In particular, a bakery enterprise in Kharkiv was shelled. Among the victims, there are severe cases, and the wounded are aged from 17 to 87 years old. It is important to note that the building hit by the strike had already been shelled before.

From November 10, 2024, a new IT system EES (Entry-Exit System) will operate in the European Union, automating the registration of entry and exit of foreigners crossing the Schengen area. This will facilitate border crossing, ensure security through biometric data, and prevent the use of fake documents. Registration can be done through self-service terminals.

Units of the Main Intelligence Directorate liberated the Vovchansk aggregate plant, which was occupied by Russian invaders. Ukrainian special forces removed occupiers from all buildings of the plant, after which the Armed Forces of Ukraine gained control over the territory. The operation involved groups with names "Stuhna", "Paragon", "Yunher", BDK and "Teror".

The Swiss government recognized the Holodomor of 1932-1933 as a genocide of the Ukrainian people. The National Council of Switzerland stated that these actions, aimed at mass starvation for the purpose of destroying national, ethnic, racial, or religious groups, constitute an act of genocide.

An indictment against former leaders of the Security Service of Ukraine and FSB Russia employees for the events of the Maidan was sent to court. They are accused of committing crimes during the Revolution of Dignity. Among the accused are former head of the presidential security service of the Russian Federation and five other high-ranking generals who held positions in the Russian special services. The investigation found that they collectively created and disseminated provocative videos to discredit the Ukrainian people.
