Peace negotiations: US General Ben Hodges harshly criticized Europe's weakness.

American General Ben Hodges criticized European states for their inefficiency in ensuring collective security, which has led to a US advantage in negotiations with Russia. He noted that, despite the position of some countries, Europe is still not united. The General warned of possible consequences of the military conflict, such as a new wave of refugees, problems with food and energy supplies, as well as the destruction of infrastructure. Criticizing France for its failed attempts to coordinate security policy, Hodges emphasized that Europe lacks influence and is forced to follow the directions of the Trump administration. Regarding the cancellation of sanctions against Russia, the General demands compensation for all damages that Russia inflicted on Ukraine, as well as the return of Ukrainian children who were unlawfully deported. Finnish President Alexander Stubb also noted that the issue of Ukraine's accession to the EU, NATO, and its security system is not being discussed with the RF. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that for peace to be achieved, it is necessary to release Ukrainian prisoners and involve Europe and America in negotiations with Russia.
