Andriy Mulyavka was born on December 17, 1998, in the village of Nova Ukrainka, Rivne district. After finishing school in Rivne, he entered the National Academy of the Security Service of Ukraine. Before the Russian invasion of Ukraine, he served in a special unit of the National Guard.
