Criminals offering online processing are simply sending forged documents with no legal standing.

Fraudsters are aggressively advertising 'fast-track' licenses that require no driving school or exams, but these offers are entirely deceptive. They may promise to produce the document online and even mail it to you, but a first-time driver's license is issued in person only at an MVS service center, and only after successfully passing the theory exam followed by the practical driving test.
